All questions are best served by emails but
you can also phone or fax your questions.
Ordering is simple;
1) Purchase Order from an institution with
accompanying payment including shipping and handling (see below) check, money order, VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD to A-1 Video P.O. Box

2) A letter typed or hand written itemizing your order with payment.

3) Phone/Fax orders are accepted with card numbers &
expiration date at (716) 731-2389. This is in-person phone ordering is considered much safer than e-mail as far as security goes. If no one is available and you get the answering machine, you can leave the information on it and we will process your order. Also you can fax a written or typed order as easily as if it were e-mail. |

4) E-Mail with same ordering information & card information . Please be advised however that sending your credit card number via e-mail is not 100% secure and the buyers do so at their own risk. It is suggested that it be sent in two or even three separate e-mails to ensure security. |

SALES TAX
Sales taxes may have to be included with your charges depending on individual state
regulations.
SHIPPING-
A single video costs $4.98 for U.S. customers. Each
additional video up to four is no additional at this time. After that, it should add $1.00
and up to costs.
Canadian fees need a quote from us based on your quantity.
Overseas shipping starts with a flat rate air mail
envelope that will hold up to 4 single DVDs or 8 double DVDs for
$11.00 ($9.00
in Canada). Quantities larger than that vary too much for a generic quote so
email us with your quantities and we will compute your best options.
We use U.S. mail or private carrier services depending on the best cost
versus package size and insurance. All videos are insured for delivery and will
be replaced if damaged or undelivered within the Post Office's time frame
(usually 30 days maximum). A-1 video does not issue refunds for undelivered or
damaged tapes but will replace the order at our expense. Any special shipping
such as 2-day or overnight must be authorized by the purchaser for us to
expedite your order. Overnight U.S. mail for most items such as VHS or DVDs are
$20. minimum fee. Any special forms or paperwork carry a $10. sur-charge for
time spent filling out multiple invoices and customs forms. This does not apply
to minor forms stuck on the package but rather the absurdly lengthy paperwork
for certain European countries.
For regular mail prices,
DVD shipping costs are lower and will be computed for your domestic U.S. zip
code.
International customers will have their orders computed as well before your
total is emailed to you.
Overnight Express orders start at $20. for domestic
service.
DELIVERY
We can fill most tape orders within one to three weeks maximum. In some cases it
is only a matter of days if we have inventory on the shelf. Any delays beyond
that time period and A-1 will notify you. 16mm prints ordered through our film
division may take longer as they are generally made to order on an "as-need"
basis.
